INTRODUCING: Remo’s B.E.S.T Sunday Sandwich

Sunday is traditionally a day for relaxation, spending time with family or friends – or maybe both – and resting yourself before gearing up for the week ahead. It should be a time when you can be carefree. Maybe you enjoy a visit out into the Peak District or a meander around the shops? Maybe a spot of DIY is your prefererred choice to keep the strains of life away from you before they’re foisted onto you the following day.

Remo’s can be the perfect place to begin your Sunday with a delicious Italian inspired British breakfast. The new B.E.S.T. Breakfast from Remo is an gorgeous panini.

A lightly toasted Romano flatbread is filled with Smoked Pancetta, Fennel Salsiccia Sausage and topped with a fresh, free range poached Egg.

All of this is for just £6.50.

I tried one of these delights last time I visited the café on a Sunday and I was in Heaven. I complimented it with a Flat White, but you can make your own unique combination. I recommend getting in early to avoid disappointment because these paninis are extremely popular and we regularly run out before the end of service time.

Remo’s is a great location to start your perfect Sunday. Not only do you get a jump start with the finest coffee in the city, but thanks to where we’re situated, there’s something for everyone, regardless of your favourite way to spend a Sunday.

Walk it

Our prime position at the foot of the A57 (also known as Manchester Road which leads onto the Snake Pass), you’ll be a short journey from the beautiful Peak District. The Snake Pass will give you access to the Ladybower Reservoir and Derwent where the famous bouncing bombs were tested during World War II. You can get to Hope, Bamford, Castleton and Hathersage easily as well as taking advantage of the numerous walks.

Whether you’re off for a day in the countryside, you’re on your way to get some DIY supplies or you’re off for a shopping spree, make sure you visit us and fuel up on delicious food and splendid coffee before you go.
